me and steven did biceps last night..and i was going pretty good until the last set. i finished on the bicep curl machine and my arms just literally gave out, i could not lift anymore weight by the end. it feels like a team of ninjas came in my sleep and beat up my arms.
3rd night at the gym and I figured I’d start blogging about it. I find it easier this time around working out than last time, but I still feel like I’m worse off. I’m probably just gonna post the date and my weight each night I go so I can track it and so you all can help motivate me. I really want to loose like 100 lbs over the next few months, maybe before my birthday in june. Its just going to be harder than I thought because I am a lot heavier than I thought I was.
